Data Analytics Company Impact Analytics Secures $750K From Aarin Capital, Others

Bengaluru- and US-based data science company Impact Analytics has secured $750K in a funding round led by early-stage VC firm Aarin Capital, a joint venture founded by TV Mohandas Pai and Dr. Ranjan Pai.

Other investors in the round included Michael Herzig, serial entrepreneur, and Ashish Lakhanpal, CEO, Kismet Capital.

Founded in 2015 by Prashant Agarwal, the company works across business intelligence and data solutions to users in sectors including retail, financial services, education, pharma among others.

Commenting on the investment, Prashant Agrawal, founder, Impact Analytics said, “We have a team of 55 across Bengaluru and the US. The current round of capital will be utilised for product development and to expand the team. We are focussed on the business-to-business enterprise data space.

As per an official statement, the company also provides strategic business consulting and other tech-based solutions to its clients.

In June 2016, Bengaluru-based analytics solutions startup BRIDGEi2i raised an undisclosed amount of Series A funding from Edelweiss Private Equity. In August 2016, Gurugram-based Cuberoot Technologies, a data analytics company, raised nearly $500K from undisclosed investors.

Other players in the industry include IntelligenceNODE, Indus Insights, Axtria etc.
