Product management startup Zeda.io has raised $1.2 Mn in seed capital from BEENEXT, Binny Bansal-backed 021 Capital and existing investors Whiteboard Capital, FirstCheque.vc and Paradigm Shift Capital.
Founded by Prashant Mahajan and Vaibhav Devpura in 2021, Bengaluru and Delaware-based Zeda.io aims to be a product management suite that simplifies all processes by bringing together multiple tools that product managers (PM) require to define, manage and collaborate on projects.
According to Zeda.io, it is currently live with 300 users on the platform in private beta mode and has 4,000 more on the waitlist. It also claims to have built a community of 6,000 product managers across its newsletter, LinkedIn, and Slack.

“Our mission is to make Product Management Simpler and Smarter, and improve the overall quality of products being built in the world. We aim to bridge the science and art of Product Management using community and machine learning. We will build machine learning models to assist Product Managers in their day-to-day job, like how Github AI Copilot helps engineers,” said Prashant Mahajan, cofounder, Zeda.io.
GitHub Copilot is an AI tool developed by GitHub in collaboration with OpenAI to help users of Visual Studio Code, Neovim, and Jetbrains IDEs (integrated development environment by autocompleting user code.
