NSE Tech Conclave 2017

National Stock Exchange Of India (NSE) was established in 1992 as the first demutualized electronic exchange in the country. Almost 25 years of inception, and the exchange has been able to gain around 1696 listings ( as of March 2016), wherein the percentage of startups going public is almost negligible.

So, why do startup founders prefer venture funding route over IPO? What are the reasons because of which Indian startups with even 10 years of establishment are shy to get listed at the stock exchange? If you are the one who is looking for answers to these, NSE Tech Conclave is an ideal event to attend this week.

Hosted by NSE,  the event will focus on helping tech entrepreneurs and private equity investors get value out of public markets as they look to grow and scale their startups. There are several sessions lined up to provide entrepreneurs with the information and understanding they need to decide on the best fundraising and exit options for them.
