Looking to strengthen its position in mobile commerce, Ecommerce giant, Snapdeal has acquired a mobility solutions company, Letsgomo Labs.
Gurgaon-based Letsgomo Labs is headed by the co-founders Manav Kamboj and Vikas Banga. Letsgomo operate in the area of mobile technologies, and strategic designing.It’s into consulting companies right from building mobile strategies to applications’ conceptualization and mobile sites helping right up to the implementation and hosting. The company also helps ecommerce companies in strengthening their mobile capabilities.
Commenting of the acquistion, Rohit Bansal, Co-Founder of Snapdeal said, “Over 75% of our sales now come through mobile platforms and Letsgomo team becoming a part of our family will further propel our efforts in this direction.”
Lately, Snapdeal has also acquired two other mobile-based companies, Martmobi and Freecharge.
