JetSynthesys, backed by Infosys co-founder Kris Gopalakrishnan, has launched a co-working space, Garage, in Mumbai.
JetLabs, the accelerator division of Pune-based JetSynthesys Ltd, has developed the co-working space. JetSynthesys has invested over $3 Mn in creating this facility. Talking about the development, Kris Gopalakrishnan said, “To succeed, startups need a holistic ecosystem – from mentors to capital, from technology to design, from market access to legal and HR support, from learning to an inspired workplace. That’s what we have tried to build through Garage and Jetlabs.”
Garage is a co-working space located in Sun Mills Compound at Lower Parel in Mumbai. It has a capacity of about, 170 seats. It will house small teams from large internet businesses. It is also expected to work with digital transformation teams of large Indian traditional businesses.
It will provide a collaborative workspace that provides infrastructure, allied services, training and networking events, mentoring sessions, meetups with VCs and leading technology capabilities.
