Integrated commerce solution provider Iksula has acquired US-based Blisstering Solutions, a software development company.
Commenting on the development, Iksula’s co-founder & CEO Samarjeet Singh said, “Blisstering is a great fit for Iksula. Founded in 2007, San Francisco-headquartered Blisstering Solutions specialises in multi-channel solutions integrating mobile, web, voice, SMS and social media into a single platform. These solutions can be for custom or multi-tenant SaaS product development, or for internal projects. Their clients include Sony, Netgear and Silicon Valley startups.
Blisstering carries over 350,000 hours of software engineering experience and over 40 software engineers.

With this acquisition Iksula aims at combining its ecommerce solutions with a range of other software-based solutions provided by Blisstering, strengthening its hold over the worldwide market of retail and end to end services.
According to its website, Iksula claims to provide commerce solutions to over a dozen billion dollar companies. Iksula’s technology helps increase its user company’s supply chain efficiency and retail operations. The company also provides end to end retail solutions. Its client base includes brands like Big Bazaar, E-bay, Snapdeal, Amazon, Adlabs and Tesco among others. It currently has two delivery centers in India in Mumbai and Indore.
Earlier in July 2016, Bangalore-based ecommerce startup 10i Commerce Services had raised an undisclosed amount of funding from Infosys co-founder Nandan Nilekani. 10i Commerce Services provides technology, logistics, sophistication and supply to traditional small retailers in India.
