In the second phase of the PITCH competition of SURGE, the Indian edition of Web Summit, Arcatron Mobility won the title of SURGE’s best startup. The startup was chosen from the list of the last three startups shortlisted for the finals from the list of 40 startups that pitched at the event.
The final three startups which pitched today were Locus, Arcatron Mobility, and SME Corner.

Locus is a state-of-the-art delivery automation platform. Locus uses custom built advanced algorithms to automate logistics of an on-demand business & provide drastically better end-customer experience. The startup currently has three customers – Freshmenu, Delhivery and Urbanladder.

Arcatron is building the next generation of devices that will enhance the lives of people with limited mobility and elderly care needs. It designs products to enable consumers for leading more independent and active lifestyles.
Founders: Sneha Shah, Samir Bhatia
SMEcorner.com is an online platform that enables SMEs to avail financial solutions from banks and NBFCs. The platform aims to minimize intermediary risk and extend transparency to the borrowing process, as it assist businesses in fulfilling their financial requirements. The lenders on the SME Corner platform include ICICI, Reliance, and Axis Bank, among others. With a total of 32 lenders on board, the startup has disbursed INR 30 Cr. loans till date.
These startups were judged by industry veterans like Sachin Bansal of Flipkart, Dave McClure of 500 Startups, Jalak Jobanputra of FuturePerfect Ventures, and Sunil Rao of Google.
The winner takes home $100,000 worth of free credits from Google, to be used across all Google Cloud Platform products. Runners up receive $20,000 in credits. All finalists get access to technical resources for Google Cloud and SMEs for digital marketing.
