Last week, SaaS company Freshworks hosted its online conference Customer First Summit. The event was organised for helping companies service their customers better as customer experience is changing with time where users expect support to be proactive and across channels.
The week also saw a 54-hour programme – Techstars Startup Weekend Delhi 2019 – organised in association with Google for Startups. The event was aimed at helping new entrepreneurs build their own startup or join a startup team, get mentored by industry leaders and investors and present to a panel of experienced judges.

US-based management consulting company Deloitte is all set to host its fifth edition of theMorning Pitch in India. This event began in Japan where it has served as a major platform for over five years.
Deloitte Morning Pitch is aimed at helping startups form business alliances and partnerships with large corporations, corporate VCs, and venture capital firms.
Through this event, the company is also looking to mobilize homegrown and international corporations and investors in India to further accelerate innovation through business alliances.Startups participating include TrueBil, HealthPlix, ParellelDots, KoineArth, and Numocity.

Global Investments Summit 2019
Non-profit organisation Association of International Wealth Management of India (AIWMI) will be hosting the Global Investments Summit this week.
The event will bring together experts and thought leaders to discuss unique perspectives and approaches to global investing.The summit is aimed at presenting investment research and also explore new global investment approaches, ideas and unique strategies which will benefit individual and institutional investors from India.
