The National Association of Software and Services Companies (NASSCOM), the apex industry association for the IT sector in India includes over 14K member companies accounting for more than 95% of India’s software and services revenue.

Over the years with its deep understanding and support to nurture the Indian startup ecosystem, the organisation has been working to bring together innovators, product leaders, startups and businesses.

In line with a host of programmes to support the Indian startup ecosystem, NASSCOM first organised Product Conclave in 2007 with an aim to bring together folks from product companies, helping them in showcasing their products and sharing their learnings with each other.

With the NPC becoming the cynosure of the eyes of product companies, NASSCOM is all set to host the 15th anniversary of the NASSCOM Product Conclave (NPC) scheduled to be held on October 25-26, 2018 in Bengaluru. At the conclave, NASSCOM is ready to leap forward to its Product Mission 2020.

NASSCOM Product Conclave 2018

With an agenda and participation levelling world-standards, NASSCOM Product Conclave is all set to be ‘a’ game-changer conclave.

The theme of the event this year is ‘Product Mission 2020: Are We Ready?’ and the main discussions at the event will be around:

  • Building Global SaaS Companies from India
  • Innovating with a Purpose: How Cutting-Edge Tech is Solving the Biggest Challenges in Health Care
  • FinTech Roundtable: Blockchain, ICOs, and latest Fintech Trends and more

The event will be graced with the presence of eminent speakers like Amitabh Kant, CEO at Niti Aayog; Kush Saxena, CTO at Mastercard; Girish Mathrubootham, Founder and CEO at Freshworks Inc; Moises Cohen, Co-Founder and Board Director at The Floor, among others.

And the conclave is set to witness:

  • More than 2,000 Participants and 50 CTOs/ Chief Architects
  • Over 1,000 Product Innovation Leaders
  • Over 200 Digital Business CxOs
  • More than 100 Investors, and
  • Over 100 Academicians/ Researchers

NPC 2018 is further looking to host various summits which will focus on GTM (Go-To-Market), FinTech, Devices & IoT, HealthTech, Transportation & Logistics, RetailTech and more.

A key highlight at NPC is Bharat— a summit with the aim of discussing problems that plague India in the areas of agriculture, education, energy, pollution, water etc, and understanding how technology solve them.

All in all, The NASSCOM Product Conclave 2018 will be providing a platform for speakers, entrepreneurs, CXOs, investors and customers to congregate and share their views, develop their businesses, showcase their products, learn from each other, interact with their peers and get motivated by each other’s success.

Initiative and Achievements of NASSCOM Over The Years

The NASSCOM Product Conclave has been bringing together leaders and speakers for the next frontier of disruptive technology innovations which will soon be prevalent across the software product space and businesses that consume them.

The Product Conclave 2017 showcased Emerge 50 Awards – highlighting the top 50 emerging software product companies in India and the Product Showcase, wherein the selected 140 startups got a chance to pitch their product to the investors and industry stalwarts.

According to a report unveiled by NASSCOM at the NPC 2017, there are over 5,000 startups in India that are less than five years old; and over 1,000 new startups were added over the last year to this list NASSCOM has been supporting their growth in the country with various initiatives.

NASSCOM has previously hosted Innotrek 2018, NASSCOM Tech Triangle Summit, it also launched the scalerator programme along with Accenture and the Consulate General of Israel to South India and at the same time NASSCOM’s 10000 Startups and other such initiatives continue to engage various startups and fostering their growth.
