Bengaluru-based home rental startup NestAway is finding itself in the middle of a major structural overhaul. The four-year-old company is seeing changes in the leadership as well as future growth plans. Reportedly, one of the cofounders of NestAway, Deepak Dhar, is leaving the company to set up a new fintech venture. He along with his former Citrus Payment executive will start a new company to develop fintech solutions.

Here’s a look at other movers and shakers of the week!

Shailaz Nag Quits PayU India

PayU India founder and managing director Shailaz Nag has reportedly resigned from his role. His exit marks yet another top-level exit at the digital payments company.

Nag is expected to be looking at opportunities in the payments space. PayU has seen senior management churn over the last few months.

After the acquisition of Citrus Pay in 2016, cofounder Rau assumed charge as PayU India CEO and Gupta became an MD. Rau took up a broader role as the head of financial technology partnerships and investments for Naspers’ fintech business.

He will relocate to India from Singapore to assume his new responsibility. In addition to his country manager role, he will continue to lead the LMS Online Sales Organization for APAC and China.

Ashutosh will be replacing Mahesh Narayanan, who was Country Manager for India from January 2019 to June 2019.
