The world is going digital and so are our traditions. As India’s largest crypto event — The Crypto Summit — hosted by Inc42 Plus comes to an end, we are extending digital heartfelt thanks via custom non-fungible tokens (NFTs) for our imminent speakers — India’s first-ever NFT airdrop at a conference!
The NFTs — we are calling them “India’s Crypto Patron” — are launched in partnership with the Wall App. Viewers can access the NFTs through Polygon.
Hosted on September 18 and 19 with 30+ sessions ranging from crypto and DeFi 101’s to taxation and policy, The Crypto Summit decoded how crypto can disrupt business, finance and the economy.
Over 1,000 crypto leaders and 60+ speakers joined us under one digital roof, supporting us in our mission to foster the adoption of crypto and blockchain in India. The custom NFTs are an ode to the patrons, who are supporting Inc42 in the mission of providing a definitive forum for India’s new crypto economy and fostering the adoption of crypto & blockchain in India’s tech, startup & developer communities.
Today, India is at a new juncture of ‘financial internet’ with crypto at its helm. Thus, in partnership with blockchain leaders Coinswitch Kuber, Tezos, Polytrade, Persistence and Onfido, The Crypto Summit (TCS) 2021 looked to initiate a dialogue on how blockchain and crypto can unlock India’s potential, to create awareness about the opportunities for crypto in policy, finance and business today.
TCS 2021 saw participation from professional and retail leaders, policymakers and think tanks, VCs, angel and equity investors and startups and corporate leaders — from former finance secretary Subhash Chandra Garg who underlined the bottlenecks within creating crypto regulations to fintech convergence council chairman Navin Surya who underlines how RBI and SEBI are well-suited as regulators; from Polygon founder Sandeep Nailwal’s dream of putting India’s unprecedented leadership in cryptocurrencies on the world map to iSPIRT Foundation working on crypto as a building block for India Stack.
