Sumir Verma

Sumir is the cofounder and MD of Merisis Advisors, an investment banking advisory firm, which focuses on the TMT vertical providing both fund raising as well as M&A services to companies in this space. He is also a Venture Partner with Orios Venture Partners. Sumir has been working with startups and the technology community for two decades through his various roles in corporate finance. By qualification, he is a Chartered Accountant and an MBA degree from XLRI Jamshedpur.
