Ahead of the consortium of artificial intelligence enthusiasts coming together for 2019 World Artificial Intelligence Conference in Shanghai, China, founder of Alibaba Group, Jack Ma and founder of Tesla Elon Musk had an interesting debate on computers and artificial intelligence.
