FaujNet provides Military Talent Integration Solutions to Global Industry using technology and human intelligence. The startup acts as a bridge between companies requiring military services of different kinds and the different military talents present i.e. it provides military members with career and financial management tools to plan and secure their retirement and also caters to Corporates for their Military Talent Needs.
The startup gets revenue from Military Hiring Advisory Services, Leadership Hiring, Military candidate On-boarding Services, Internship. Its Members include Military professionals from Army, navy and Air Force who pays for Premium Subscription on the Career Portal, Profile Creation / Fitment Creation, Career Assessment & Mapping.
FaujNet has an excellent mix of people working for it including retired lieutenant colonels, brigadiers, etc. Total Addressable Market in terms of numbers (as of today) for this segment is 5 Mn (Only Armed Forces: serving and retired) and if added Paramilitary to it, the market is about 10 Mn.
Over 1,50,000 veterans and 250 plus employers have utilised FaujNet’s platform services, and more than 200 military personnel have been directly placed through FaujNet. Adding on, about 1000 Officers have been benefited by its career planning & facilitation services and according to the startup over 5000 Military leaders have used its proprietary Corporate Fitment Screening.
