In my own life, I have found that getting angry helps – anger at my own indecision and complacency. Get angry this week and do just one thing that moves you towards your goals. That will provide the encouragement to keep on moving.
I also feel that today, social media and web surfing have destroyed our ability to focus. There is great value to both of these, but we must be disciplined to restrict the time we spend doing them. Otherwise, nothing of any importance can get accomplished.
