It might sound alien but the name simply means, “If This, Then That.” This program is a perfect model of computer programming IF statement that you can use to create “recipes” that connects services and applications to work together to achieve some task. For example, if you want to turn your phone into silent mode when you reach the office, then you simply create a recipe that will switch your phone into mute once your phone has detected through location services that you have reached your office.
IFTTT is one of the simplest apps that can create complex integration amongst apps without requiring any of us do any kind of programming for it. The use of this app goes beyond imagination where you can add reminders to your phone if weather forecasts rain or if simply you want to backup a new contact to that you add to your phone.

We all are busy people and the amount of emails that we get in our inbox is simply overwhelming each day. We have several newsletter subscriptions that we do want to read but perhaps not every day. Unroll.me helps you gather all your chosen newsletters into a single bundle of emails that you can open at anytime in future. This is one of my favourite tools as it helps me to organise by inbox and keep it clean. Every business has now taken up their game to the social media. But since there are so many different platforms to monitor, it sometimes becomes a difficult task for an organisation to keep up with the pace. This is a popular tool amongst the social media experts as it allows them to connect all social platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and others in once place.

You are already aware of Google Drive, but its ability to convert and edit MS Office documents and spreadsheets makes it a great productivity tool that helps you collaborate and share documents with your employees and clients. 15GB of space is offered free by Google to store any and every kind of file in it ranging from designs, documents, photos, audio, presentations, and much more, which can be accessed easily from any device that is connected to the internet. Now I doubt this one requires more details!
