Bangalore-based startup ZenRadius, a hiring platform has raised an undisclosed amount in seed round funding led by TraxcnLabs and Deepak Singh, founder and director of Anzy Careers.
Founded just this month by Nitesh Mishra, Arpit Kumar and Alok Yadav, ZenRadius is a portal that eliminates unmanageable recruitment processes, promotes transparency and efficiency. In other words, it simplifies the tasks such as sending emails to multiple hirees or checking their backgrounds all in single clicks. It is mainly focused on startups and small businesses to provide good candidates in manageable budget; besides it can also be used by larger corporates and consulting companies.
The company’s website has a simple one click signup which has been integrated with Google account, and a user-friendly interface that helps you see the job postings that people in your network posted. You can also post a job opening yourself. Through its scoring engine, it helps in choosing the most suitable candidates as well as helps employers track their postings by analysing who views each e-mail.
Currently, ZenRadius has three clients and is available to use free of cost before being transitioned to a freemium model.
On this development, Nitesh Mishra, cofounder at ZenRadius said, “The first phase of the platform was released a month ago and the team is currently receiving customer feedback before more features are added on in the coming weeks.”
Other then StayGlad and Parcelled, this is TraxcnLabs’ fourth investment since it launched last month.
