Mumbai-based food ordering app, TinyOwl, has tied up with online payment gateaway Citrus to launch ‘MyWallet’ for easier and faster transactions.

TinyOwl’s MyWallet will allow its users to get away with the hustles of money transactions and also empower instant refunds from any restaurant.

Besides, users can add money through card or net banking in MyWallet and can use it for their desired food. They will also get instant refund in their MyWallet account, if any problem occurs.

Harshvardhan Mandad, co-founder & CEO of TinyOwl said, “We have seen that across industries, major customer dissatisfaction happens due to challenges in refunds. To resolve this and to give impeccable and secure payment experience we have incorporated the unique and exclusive service powered by Citrus for our consumers. Also, the uers can transfer their real MyWallet money in to their bank account instantly.”

TinyOwl claims that within four weeks of launch, 30% of its orders are paid via MyWallet. Presently, this feature is only available on Android and will be soon available on iOS.

Prior to this, Citrus has tied with companies like Qwikcilver and Woohoo to enable payment from Citrus wallet in online and offline stores across categories like food, travel and entertainment.
