Snapdeal’s Chief Product Officer Anand Chandrasekaran has quit the company. The announcement was made by Rohit Bansal on Twitter.
@anandc proud of the super work by you and the product team. Hard to believe that this was just 1 yr. Farewell, keep rocking!

@rohitkbansal thanks for the support. We did in 1 what would take 3 years anywhere. Incredible passion @snapdeal. Best still to come!
— Anand Chandrasekaran (@anandc) May 24, 2016
Anand had joined Snapdeal last year in June. At Snapdeal, he played an instrumental role in integrating more services into Snapdeal’s app and mobile wallet.
Reason for leaving the company is still unknown.
He has previously worked with Airtel, Yahoo and OpenWave.
This news comes within months of Mukesh Bansal, Ankit Nagori and Punit Soni’s resignation from Flipkart. Earlier this month, InMobi also saw the resignation of its CFO, Manish Dugar.
