Mobile payment and ecommerce platform, Paytm, has launched Paytm Force to assist and advise small & medium sellers in its growing merchant base.

It comprises of over 3,000 experienced and certified ecommerce specialist partners who will offer end-to-end services to merchants including catalogue creation, order fulfillment, account management, returns management and will also resolve their queries. Besides, the specialists will also provide the services to the merchants at their doorstep at a subsidised rate.

Sudhanshu Gupta, AVP, Business at Paytm said, “Paytm Force has already found great traction in cities where we ran the pilot including Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore. Merchants on the platform have expressed how helpful they have found the programme in navigating through the online selling experience and using the services to better manage and grow their online business.”

Sellers on Paytm can avail this service by booking an appointment online on PaytmGoBig.com, and the fee will be directly paid to the Paytm Force specialists. Also, this service can be subscribed on a weekly and monthly basis.

Earlier this month, Paytm acquired Delhi-based consumer behaviour prediction platform, Shifu, in an $8Mn deal, in a bid to offer a highly intuitive and personalised experience to its users.
