Over 1,000 ola drivers staged a protest yesterday (Thursday), raising concerns on three issues, money deducted to clear car loan not reaching the banks, non-payment of incentives and app outage.

The ola drivers complained that Ola was deducting cash from their earnings to pay off the car loans instead of depositing the money in lender’s banks, which has now led to seizing of their (driver’s) vehicles.

A driver also stated that the company used to raise several technical issues that hindered using their previously owned vehicles.

Ola has now confirmed Inc42, that the issue has been resolved.
