Bangalore-based KNOLSKAPE, a software company that focuses on management training, assessment and research, has raised an undisclosed amount of Series A funding from Inventus Capital Partners, a US-India venture firm, and the HR Fund, an Indian venture company investing in young human resource companies.
Founded in 2008 by Rajiv Jayaraman, KNOLSKAPE is a gamification and simulation software company that provides products and solutions for onboarding, training, assessments and talent engagement. The company helps organisations attract, grow and retain talent. Its products and services are used by some of the top B-schools across the world companies like Idea, Bajaj Finserv, and Edelweiss, among others.
The company’s website claims that it has organised over 4715 workshops and has 117875 learners till date.
The investment will be used to expand in international markets for product innovation and building global partnerships.
