Kleeto Raises $229K Through Exchange Platform GREX

Kleeto, an end-to-end record and information management company owned by Next Gen Paper Solutions Pvt. Ltd., has raised $229K (INR 1.5 Cr) on GREX.

The funds raised will be used for technology enhancement and geographical expansion.

Founded in 2010 by Sunil Mahajan and Naresh Chand, Kleeto provides record management solutions for HR, finance, legal, procurement, CRM, admin & operations. It creates intelligence around documents which enables each document to be accessed instantly with direct access to MIS, compliances from the Kleeto platform. It also helps to store physical documents in secure warehouses.

The company has customers from industries like manufacturing, travel, IT, telecom, hospitality, media and other large corporations. Currently, it has more than 150 corporate accounts.

Speaking on the development, Sunil Mahajan, CEO and co-founder of Kleeto said, “For any corporate, easy access to documents is the biggest challenge. Using our services, organisations can go from ‘clip’ to ‘click’ in a very real sense with all the assorted benefits and security.”

Naresh Chand, Kleeto’s co-founder said, “The GREX experience was very different. We were surprised at the fluidity of the process. Fund raising is a fairly long drawn and cumbersome undertaking otherwise.

GREX is an exchange-like platform which allows investors to discover companies, invest and keep track of their investments.
