Indus Net Technologies Acquires Digital Marketing Startup TechShu

Indus Net Technologies, a Kolkata-based internet consulting company, has made a strategic investment to acquire a majority stake in TechShu after buying out the existing investors.

With this the company will be named Indus Net TechShu, and will be part of the Indus Net Group.

Founded in 2009 by Aji Issac and Prabhanjan Panigrahi, TechShu is a digital marketing company.

On the other hand, Indus Net Technologies was started by Abhishek Rungta, also the co-founder of angel investment firm, Seeders Venture Capital.

Abhishek Rungta, CEO of Indus Net said, “This will create synergy to benefit clients’ of both the companies. The management team is confident of exponential growth and has committed to invest a sum of $1 Mn over next one year.”

Techshu will bring success driven digital marketing expertise on the table. This will create synergy to benefit clients’ of both the companies.

Indus Net Technologies is an IT Service, managed outsourcing & Internet strategy company that offers a combination of creativity and technology. It has offices in more than five global locations and caters to a wide range of enterprise clients, digital agencies and emerging companies across various industry verticals like BFSI, MPE, Travel & hospitality, Education, e-governance in over 40 countries.

Indus Net TechShu will continue to operate independently and will be headed by Aji Issac as its CEO and Prabhanjan Panigrahi as its CTO. Abhishek RungtaBharat Berlia will join the board of Indus Net TechShu and will provide expertise in building and scaling IT service companies.

Prior to this in March 2016, Indus Net acquired ERP solutions provider, InFluxERP, in a stock plus cash deal for an undisclosed amount.
