Delhi-based Holisol logistics, a back-end logistic provider to ecommerce companies has raised $10 Mn from CLSA Capital Partners ARIA IV Funds.
The company will utilise the funds to set up more warehouses, expand last mile delivery network and increase the portfolio of supply chain optimisation solutions.
Founded in 2009 by three logistics professionals – Manish Ahuja, Naveen Rawat and Rahul S Dogar, Holisol provides backend logistic support to ecommerce companies including Jabong.com, fabfurnish.com, freecultr.com and officeyes.com, among others.
Holisol currently manages 600,000 sq ft of warehousing space across 14 locations.
Rahul Dogar, Holisol Director said, “Previous round of investment by Datavision helped us in successfully implementing our solutions and this round of capital infusion would help us in accelerating our growth.”
The startup had raised $1.5 Mn in its first venture capital funding led by oil and gas professional Sundeep Bhandari, August 2014.
Be it directly offering logistic services or providing services to logistic companies, a large number of startups in the ‘Logistics’ domain have grabbed funding in last 12 months.
