Hay Group Will Nurture 100 Indian Startups Under Its NextBig100 Program

Hay Group, a global management consultancy firm, has announced that it will aid 100 selected Indian entrepreneurs to transform their startups into successful companies of the future, under its NextBig100 programme.

The programme will provide founders with insights, guidance, mentoring and coaching. The participants can also interact with Hay Group experts, who will advise and support them with ‘talent and growth challenges’.

CompetitionBuzz, Zooter, Beatroot, Krave On, The Online Yogi, ShutterStream, YouthConnect, PickMe, Floh, FoodArtO and Travel Triangle are some of the few names, which are a part of the NextBig100 programme.

A recent report by Nasscom has revealed that India currently stands third among global startup ecosystems with over 4200 new-age companies. It also stated that there has been a tremendous growth in the emergence of innovative startups and creative entrepreneurs in the Indian technology startups landscape.

Keeping at par with the development spree, Hay Group will also help selected startups with their hunt for the right talent. The programme will enable the companies to build capability in managing their people processes of recruitment, selection, structures, performance, rewards and development effectively.

Debabrat Mishra Director of Hay Group India, said, “If Indian startup founders want to achieve success, they need to increasingly focus on their networker and team builder roles.”

Hay Group had also organised parallel city chapter events in Mumbai, Bengaluru and Delhi. Senior leaders of Microsoft, InMobi, Snapdeal and Hay Group had provided the participating startups with leadership development and mentoring sessions.
