Inc42 Daily Brief
Stay Ahead With Daily News & Analysis on India’s Tech & Startup Economy
Backed by Swedish investment giant AB Kinnevik and Berlin-based Rocket Internet AG, online home furnishings startup FabFurnish‘s cofounders Vikram Chopra and Mehul Agrawal have quit the company. Senior directors Ashish Garg and Ankita Dabas will replace FabFurnish’s cofounders. However, as reported Chopra and Agrawal will continue to be associated as advisers with the company.
Though the exact reason for the movement remains veiled, the company has stated that the change in leadership has been done to match pace with the evolving market trends. The company is focussed to “bring about a 360-degree reformation in the work culture and organisational composition.”
Gurgaon-based startup FabFurnish started its operation in 2011 as a dedicated online shopping destination for furniture and home ware with a diverse range of products, ideas to grace home and unmatched customer service. Last year in April, another cofounder Vaibhav Aggarwal also quit the company.
