Darwinbox, a human resource technology and analytics startup has raised an undisclosed amount of funding in a round led by Endiya Partners. TracxnLabs, Aaruha Technology and Mohandas Pai through his investment vehicle 3one4 capital, also participated in this round.
Darwinbox was founded in August 2015 by Rohit Chennamaneni, Jayant Prasad Paleti and Chaitanya Peddi. Rohit has worked with McKinsey and Google an is an IIM Lucknow alumnus. While Jayant was an investment banker at EY and is an alumnus of IIM Lucknow and IIT Madras. Chaitanya Peddi also worked with EY HR Consulting and Product development at Verizon. He is an alumnus of XLRI.
Darwinbox HR is a cloud based integrated HR Technology product which takes care of all HR needs across the employee life cycle – Recruitment, Core transactions (Leaves, Attendance, Directory), Payroll, Employee Movement, Employee Engagement, Talent Management and People Analytics.
Darwinbox offers an integrated HR SaaS platform. It already has over 25,000 employees using the platform. It’s clientele includes Delhivery, Sai Life Sciences, Swiggy etc.
Prior to this Greytip Software a people management software company raised about $5.2 Mn (INR 35 Cr) in a Series-B round of funding led by New Enterprise Associates (NEA) and Blume Ventures.
