Bangalore and San Francisco-based Agentdesks, a mobile first CRM for real estate agents, has raised about $2.95 Mn in a seed round of funding from Sierra Ventures, Cota Capital and Vegas Tech Fund and few others, reported ET.

Founded in January by Biju Asokan, Vijay Bharath and Sanya Gurnani, Agentdesks, is an app that allows real estate agents to manage contacts, properties, requirements and communication on the go.

Besides, the app also offers features such as keeping track of new leads, tracking previous client interactions, personalised communication, recommending properties with shared emails and links. Realty agents can also create tasks and notes and integrate reminders with the calendar.

How it works:

The raised capital will be utilised to strengthen the engineering team based out of Bangalore. Currently, the company is focused in the US where it has about 1,800 active users.

The startup was incubated at New York-based accelerator, AngelPad in late 2014.

Few other Indian players in this space include 99acres, MagicBricks, PropTiger, CommonFloor, Housing and IndiaProperty.
