91springboard Partners With Govt. of Karnataka To Set Up An Incubator-Cum-Coworking Space

91springboard has partnered with the Government of Karnataka and the Karnataka Biotechnology and Information technology services (KBITS) to setup a 27,000 sq. ft. hub in Koramangala, Bangalore.

It will also dole out scholarships to tech startups that meet the criteria as laid out by an apex committee set up for the purpose of short listing, selecting and mentoring startups that will work out of here.

Once fully furnished, this hub will have a seating capacity of around 300 people. Apart from the startups, the coworking space will be open to non-tech businesses and freelancers.

91springboard provides office space to companies on a sharing basis following a ‘plug-and-play’ format. Founded in 2012, today, it has hubs in Hyderabad, Mumbai, Delhi, Gurgaon and Noida.

The Karnataka Information Technology Services (KITS) was established on in 2000 as a Society under the Karnataka Societies Registration Act, to become a single window agency for quick clearance of the Information Technology and Biotechnology Projects in the State. KBITS assists the directorate of Information Technology and Biotechnology, for administering incentives and concessions to Information Technology and Biotechnology companies.
