For any early-stage founder, networking with peers and getting insights from a founder who has successfully scaled his startup, can be an invaluable learning step.

Not only does it give a fresh perspective and a better approach to the challenges faced by new entrepreneurs, but it also helps put the journey in perspective. Inc42 understands this need more than most others through our interaction with founders at every stage of the startup life cycle, and Founders Meetup by Inc42 brings early-stage entrepreneurs this opportunity to learn and grow.

Every month, a select group of early-stage entrepreneurs from various startup sectors convene at the Inc42 HQ to engage with fellow founders and startups. Supported by annual partners NetApp, HSBC, Times Internet, Paytm and AWS, Founders Meetup’s 10th edition is coming soon on November 7 in Delhi.

With the promise of an evening full of insights as well as fun, the event will start at 8 pm at the Inc42 HQ, with over 40 early-stage founders gathering to hear the growth journey of a startup stalwart — the guest speaker for the event cofounder and director of IndiaMART, Brijesh Agrawal.

Graduating from the University of Lucknow and earning an MBA from National Institute of Integrated Learning and Management (NIILM), Agrawal has been a vital part of the core team at IndiaMART for many years, and boasts of being the brain behind a number of innovative products at the firm, which have taken it to the much-vaunted IPO status.

IndiaMART has seen a lot of firsts not only was it the first online B2B marketplace for business products and services to float an IPO but also the closing day of bids for its IPO was oversubscribed by 36 times.

Besides the insights from the interaction with Agrawal, the attendees also get a chance to learn from each other and share their experiences and challenges.

The ninth edition last month—organised in association with HDFC Bank, was sponsored by our annual partners Netapp, AWS and Times Internet and WeWork joined the initiative as the event partner—was an evening full of insightful stories and interesting conversations as The Beer Cafe founder Rahul Singh joined the group as the guest speaker. Acting as an inspiration for all the early-stage founders, Singh shared the story of how he built The Beer Cafe after having gone bankrupt.

The introductory price for the Founders Meetup on November 7 is INR 999, while the entry fee will increase to INR 1299 after this introductory offer period.

As usual, the event has a lot to offer—an evening to unwind, relax and network over food and drinks, and an opportunity to grow, share and learn with your peers and a growth stage entrepreneur. Give yourself a night to chill and relax while taking your startup idea to a whole new network. Book a slot now before the price goes up, and before all seats are taken.
