Simon Sinek On How Great Leaders Inspire Action

“A leader is the one who knows the way, goes the way and shows the way” said John C Maxwell. Indeed, there is more to being an effective leader than running large teams in and out. Leadership entails a lot of thought process, strategy and motivation. Simon Sinek deals with the idea of leadership in his TED Talk.

Great leaders are both born and made. The ones who are made understand that inspiring teams is a very human thing. A successful leader inspires action in his teams with a human touch – an adrenaline push, pep talk and an urge to do something remarkable. Path-breaking. Making people get more innovative and less system controlled.
