Do you want to run a successful blog, with the traffic you always dreamed of, full of articles that actually make a difference? Plant the seed for success now.

Do you want to have your own business, bringing in more money than your 9–5 job ever did, setting your own hours and training your own staff?

Plant the seed now.

Do you want to achieve your peak physical or mental fitness? Start a family? Own a home? Write a book? Paint a mural? Release an album? Invest in startups? Code your own platform?

You have to plant the seed now.

Planting the seed for success means taking the small steps, making the small changes that are going to affect massive change down the track. Planting the seed means learning one new skill, taking the first initiative.

When you look at how far you’ve got to go, from here to where you need to be, it can seem almost devastatingly impossible. How can you reach $1,000,000 when you haven’t even made $100? How can you calm your mind when you haven’t even taken 5 minutes out of your day for yourself?

If you start these tasks, take these steps and plant these seeds now, you’ll be reaping the rewards in 3, 6, 12 months’ time. You’ll be able to collect on the payoff. But if you look past the seeds, and try to take on the entire accomplishment as a whole, you’ll never make it past day one.

So, How Do You Plant The Seed For Success?

You have to identify a small, achievable task that you can do. And I mean, today. Brainstorm it. Dream it up. Get out there, and get it done. Write 500 words, take a course on building a side hustle, breathe in and out for 30 seconds, anything.

And then turn that first task into a consistent habit. Do it every single day. Do it when you don’t want to. Do it when you can’t even see the part it plays in the bigger performance. But do it.

Planting the seed doesn’t necessarily mean building a step by step plan. You can do that, and it is going to help, but it doesn’t create the initial spark that gets things going. A seed is something small, something so minor that it’s not going to hurt you to start. It’s almost too small to notice. And yet…

I’m planting the seeds right now, for what I want to do. I’m taking those minor steps. I’m going to watch everything grow, and tend to it. Are you?
