In this #SundayMotivation video, Gary Vaynerchuk talks about the importance of not analysing all your mistakes like a post-mortem.

“What do you do when you get something wrong?” asks the interviewer. Gary Vaynerchuk replies with, “I get everything wrong… Dwelling on the last thing you fucked up on is the quickest way for the next thing not to work.”

He talks about how he was a breakout star on YouTube in 2006. And how he left the millions of viewers following him to work on Viddler – a company that offered him equity in return. He broke away from his ‘attention thesis and worked on short-term economics’ and he lost. Massively. “I just don’t give a fuck about my mistakes. Everybody else cares about your mistakes,” he says.
