Digital Agencies Can Now Manage Client Accounts Better And Customize Zoho Social To Project Their Own Brand
In a bid to bring digital agencies under its cover, Zoho has announced that its social media marketing tool Zoho Social is now available in a special edition for them. Zoho Social for Agencies will enable digital agencies to manage social media accounts for all clients, plan and collaborate with clients on strategy, and report outcomes using customised reports and aggregate statistics.
Speaking on the announcement of Zoho Social, Praval Singh, Product Manager, Zoho Social stated, “In the last year, many digital agencies have opted for Zoho Social because it allows them to plan and execute social media strategies for all their clients, from a single platform. We’ve built on this to cater to specific needs of digital agencies and to strengthen their branding. New collaboration capabilities allow agency teams to work with each other, and with the client, on the same platform. We expect this to result in quicker and better decisions, with client buy-in.”
In addition, the SaaS unicorn also announced Notebook for Web, along with other major updates across platforms supported by the note-taking software, including iOS, Android, and macOS. Now, users can create and view notes and notebooks with a web browser. The update also introduces Smart Cards, which intelligently format content added to Notebook across devices, allow for document scanning and include iOS 11 optimizations, a comprehensive drag and drop implementation for Notebook’s iPad Pro app, and a notable Web Clipper for Firefox.
Also rolled out was SAML (Security Assertion Markup Language)-based single sign-on (SSO) support for cloud applications in Zoho Vault, the online password manager for teams. This new feature provides users with a seamless login experience.
A Quick Look At Zoho Social
Digital agencies can now manage the content pipeline for each of their clients with an intuitive publishing calendar – posts can be rescheduled and spread out over time, by dragging and dropping them to other dates. The SmartQ predictive scheduling suggests the best time to schedule a post on a network by analyzing the engagement received in the past. The agencies can monitor social media activities such as hashtags, likes, and mentions for each of their clients.
Zoho Social also provides unlimited reporting, with pre-built statistics that can aggregate and compare outcomes across multiple social networks. More importantly, Zoho Social for Agencies eliminates sending emails back and forth between the digital agency and the small business.
Zoho Social allows digital agencies to manage all their clients, or brands, with a single tool. The admin can specify roles for various team members and assign clients to them. Also, it will allow agency team members to collaborate among themselves on various topics by starting new discussions. They can even invite clients (by @tagging them) to specific discussions.
Also, it provides integration with Facebook Lead Ads. For clients who use Zoho CRM, agencies can generate leads from Facebook campaigns and push them directly into the CRM system, without having to download the leads manually from Facebook.
Currently, the Zoho Social for Agencies is available in two plans. The Agency and Agency Plus plans are available for $77 (INR5,000)/month for 15 brands and $115 (INR7,500)/month for 25 brands, respectively. Also, Zoho Social is available in five languages apart from English — French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, and Italian.
With Zoho Social, Zoho has added yet another product offering to its ever-expanding suite of products used by more than 30 Mn users around the world. The launch of Zoho Social was preceded by the launch of its agile project management software Zoho Sprints last month. Prior to that, it launched enterprise messaging service Cliq. Prior to that in July, the SaaS company unveiled Zoho One, an all-in-one suite of applications for businesses across every function and organisational group. In April, Zoho had rolled out its GST-compliant finance suite, Zoho Finance Plus, aimed at helping Indian businesses make a smooth transition to the new GST regime. The launches are a part of the SaaS company’s aim to target a billion paying users in the near future.
