Investment firm We Founder Circle has launched a startup marketplace platform, Invstt.com, to make angel investing, networking and portfolio management easier for investors.
With Invstt.com, We Founder Circle wants to bring together tech, community, and investment solutions onto a single platform.
The platform will offer a dashboard-driven experience to make the entire process of discovery, evaluation, investment transaction and managing portfolio easier for investors. It is targeted at both individual angel investors and syndicates to invest in deals of their choice.
Invstt.com will also help investors choose the portfolios or deals that they want to invest in, We Founder Circle said in a statement. Moreover, investors will also be able to interact with founders and other investors apart from offering them a large funnel of highly-curated deal flow.
“Invstt Trust abides by its tagline – Startup. Investment. Made Easy. We want to be a complete tech-enabled platform for angel investing. Over the years while building an angel investors’ community we have realised that the top pain problems of investors are the discovery of good startup investment opportunities, networking with other like-minded people, and managing the post-investment update and engagement with founders,” Neeraj Tyagi, CEO and cofounder of We Founder Circle (WFC), said.
As shared by Tyagi, more than 6000 investors and over 10 syndicates are using the platform. The investing firm aims to take this number to 15000 investors and 100 syndicates this year.
Founded in 2020 by Gaurav Sanghavi, Neeraj Tyagi, Bhawna Bhatnagar, Deo Saurabh and Vikas Aggarwal, WFC has invested in more than 100 deals so far. It has backed more than 70 homegrown startups and has a wide network of 6500 investors across 40 countries.
It usually invests $50,000- $2 Mn in early-stage start-ups.
In December, We Founder Circle launched two angel funds– a $24 Mn angel fund ‘Invstt Trust’ and $30 Mn cross-border angel fund ‘We Founder Circle Global Angels Fund’.
The funds will invest between INR 2 Cr and INR 4 Cr in Pre-Seed, Seed and Series A-stage startups in the country. Both funds are sector-agnostic and have a commitment cycle of seven years.
