Princeton, New Jersey-based venture capital firm SOSV is going to graduate the Batch 18 of its Shanghai-based accelerator program, Chinaccelerator, on December 9.

Launched in 2010, Chinaaccelerator helps consumer internet companies enter China and enable the business to business (B2B) enterprise firms to build global businesses in Asia.

In the last two years, SOSV has made 44 investments. With investments in four Indian SaaS startups – Toch, MikeLegal, Codejudge and BuildPan – SOSV is increasing its footprint in the Indian SaaS ecosystem, alongside two other startups Klaud9 (Singapore) and Ignatica (Hong Kong) who will be showcased at the Demo Day, the company said in a statement.

SOSV has invested in more than 1K startups worldwide. SOSV General Partner William Bao Bean said, “India is very diverse, offering a more competitive environment, not dominated by big players like China. But this still makes the Indian business ecosystem a bit of a battleground, thereby complicating life for early-stage entrepreneurs to survive.”
