AI-powered IT hardware management startup SuperOps.ai has raised $12.4 Mn in a Series B funding round led by Addition and March Capital, with participation from Matrix Partners India.

SuperOps.ai plans to use the fresh funding to increase its investments to enhance its AI capabilities. The startup also said it has launched network monitoring capabilities as part of the unified platform.

Founded in 2020 by Arvind Parthiban and Jayakumar Karumbasalam, SuperOps.ai is a unified platform that simplifies the IT management process and workflow of managed service providers (MSPs) on a single, unified platform.

The startup allows MSPs to move away from fragmented tools by bringing together the capabilities of remote monitoring and management of client assets with professional services automation functionalities, including service desk, cash flow management, reporting, client management and more.

“The IT support landscape has been evolving rapidly and MSPs need to keep up to navigate this fast-changing world. Traditionally, MSPs relied on a mix of tools that resulted in high costs and a lack of visibility and efficiency. Now, with SuperOps.ai, they can move from outdated point products to a unified platform that is built specifically with their needs in mind,” said Arvind Parthiban, cofounder and CEO of SuperOps.ai.

SuperOps.ai is also scaling partnerships with vendors in areas including cybersecurity, payments and data backup. The company will also be investing in community-led initiatives aimed at helping MSPs in areas beyond technology.

“SuperOps.ai is revolutionising how MSPs run and grow their operations and is ushering them into the future,” said Todd Arfman of Addition. “We are excited to continue supporting the SuperOps.ai team as they help transform MSP businesses with their powerful, AI-native, easy-to-use platform.”

Ravi Rajamony, VP at March Capital, said, “We are excited to partner with Arvind and the team at SuperOps as they empower the MSP market with their secure, cloud & AI native platform for PSA, RMM, IT documentation, project management and network management. The SuperOps team has strong domain experience and a customer-first approach, and we believe they are well-positioned to drive innovation in the underserved MSP market.”

SuperOps.ai, which is also backed by Elevation Capital, is working with enterprise tools like TeamViewer, Stripe, Acronis, Halopsa, SentinelOne and HUDU, among others, to deliver integrations via a marketplace model.

The startup, which competes with NinjaOne and Atera, among others, has raised a total funding of $29.4 Mn to date.
