In a bid to make life easy this festive season, San Francisco-based ridesharing service, Uber launched an unique service for its customers on the occasion of Holi. If you are in office and feel that something amazing and rocking is yet to be done this Holi, then Uber is all set to make Holi for you and your fellow office mates a memorable one.

“For the Delhi people, Uber Delhi will bring-in some wicked beats to your office bay to pump up the celebrations and bring down the house!” said Uber in its blogpost.

SO, all you have to do is fire up the app on Today between 2-5pm, slide onto #uberHOLI and Uber will arrive at your location with gulaal, gujiya and yes, #uberDHOL. Celebrate Holi with your team, your boss and your office-walas!

How It Works?

  • Fire up the app between 2-5pm on Today (5th March)
  • Slide onto the #uberHOLI option and send the request
  • Once accepted, Uber will arrive at your location, play some desi #uberDHOL and share some gujiya and all this free of cost.

The #Uberdhol will be available from Cyber City to Nehru Place, from Noida to Connaught Place.

Besides, Uber has also launched another service in Chandigarh to deliver gifts on behalf of its customers free of cost. In order to avail this service, you just need to follow the below mentioned steps:

  • Open the Uber app anytime between 9am to 12pm TOMORROW (Friday, 6th March) and slide over to the UberHOLI option
  • The goodies will be FREE. Demand will be through the roof and availability will be limited. So you may have to try a few times before you can get your goodies.
  • Maximum of 1 package per request.

Earlier, Uber had also launched a unique service to mark Father’s day in Mumbai and Bangalore. It had partnered with Johnnie Walker Blue Label, UberCHOPPER provided an aerial tour of Mumbai, lasting 20-30 minutes.

Not only this, Uber had also celebrated the festival of Diwali with its customers. It had slashed the fare by 25% on all its rides in the national capital, making Uber almost as cheap as auto-rickshaw fare.
