Meet The 7 StartupPulse Delhi Startups That’ll Battle It Out For Funding This Week

Today, we announced the final list of startups that we curated after going through hundreds of applications for this edition of StartupPulse. After evaluating them further we have now shortlisted 7 startups who will get a chance to pitch to group of awesome investors on the coming Thursday i.e. 23rd July.

These selected 13 startups went through day long mentoring sessions taken by mentors from different domains i.e. Marketing, Technology, UI/UX, Sales, Fundraising. The mentors, that were present during the event included Pranay Gupta of 91Springboard, Utsav Somani (Angel Investor), Vikram Upadhyaya of (GHV Accelerator), Avinash Raghava of ProductNation, Kshitish Purohit, Nav Chatterji, Rohit Dhamija, Ankur Chauhan, Umair Mohammed, Ankit Jain of Voicetree, Rammohan Sundaram of VelfieApp, Ashish Tulsian of Posist, Nischala Murthy Kaushik and Amit Mishra of F6S.

Based on mentor feedback and scoring we further shortlisted 7 startups out of the 13 startups that were present.

PropheSee

Founders: Ishaan Sethi, Harshil Gurha, Jitesh Luthra

Founded In: November 2014

The PropheSee platform aggregates various data streams into one dashboard & enables brands to get the most accurate 360° perspective on where they lie in the market. It allows brands to discover and analyze the vast amount of data at their disposal in addition to optimizing strategies by developing functional insights. Not only this, but it also provides strategic support & industry expertise which helps brands leverage their digital presence & create successful strategies.

Tooler

Founders: Himanshu Arora, Sukanth Srivastav,Bhaskar Singh,Vishal Gupta

Founded In: June 2015

The on-demand service startup provides easy access to nearby electricians, plumbers and laundry along with an option of tracking the handyman once he has been booked. The startup aims to be a one-stop marketplace for handymen in Delhi and Gurgaon. It is like an ‘Uber’ for home services.

AlmaConnect

There has been every type of social networking from friends to family, work to gym buddies but you always had to rely on those old school techniques to keep up with your long forgotten classmates and your seniors. Almaconnect corroborates social networking with alumni network and help them build a strong alumni community by creating a social-professional ecosystem among alumni, faculty, students and management of an institution.

Loyalty programs and rewards they reap are the reasons why customers actually stay ‘loyal’ but taking it up a notch higher xeno creates a loyalty program from ground zero. It is a social loyalty platform that connects consumers to businesses. Businesses get insights about their customers & an integrated marketing tool to create relevant personalized communications that work.

LaundryWala

Founders: Divya Aggarwal, Manuj Khurana, Chetan Malhotra

LaundryWala is a Noida based online on-demand laundry service that aims at providing quality laundry services coupled with customized experience and express delivery. It claims to use  latest technology machines and internationally standardized chemicals for quality cleaning. With an added feature of online ordering and free pick-up and delivery within 24 hours, it expects to cater to every household in our vicinity”

Gamezop

Founders: Yashash Agarwal,Gaurav Agarwal,  Ashish Anand

Founded In: February 2015

Funding: $50,000 from Rajesh Sawhney (GSF) & Sri Peddu (Powerhouse Ventures)

Gamezop is creating a mobile app-based social network for addictive casual games. It seeks to remove the friction of game discovery and downloads. Each user will be given a handful of new games each week, which can be played without downloading. The highlight of the app is its social layer: users will be able to share games with friends as links, whether or not they are using the app, and challenge them.

Ek

Founders: Mayank Gureja

‘Ek’, which means ‘one’ in Hindi is a one stop for all cabs and taxis. With increasing number of cab aggregators and competition between them, a user need not have to have the hassle of fiddling to and fro between apps. Ek serves as a simple app which lists various cab providers in the vicinity. It currently supports a number of aggregators including Uber, Ola, Meru and more.
