There are people who say age matters; and then there are some who believe that quality has the upper hand over quantity. Another such story is of E-Cell DTU. Originated in 2008, E-Cell has made an impressive name for itself in a short span of time. Their bellwether event “E-Summit” has carved a hallowed niche over these years.
The various events under E-Summit are:-
1) Startup Showcase!
A unique initiative taken by The Entrepreneurship Cell, DTU. It’s a platform for early stage startups to pitch in their plans in front of a panel of eminent entrepreneurs and receive valuable advice along with other possible help. These startups could provide opportunity to job seeking personnel to work with various companies as a full time employee or as an intern while looking at the several options provided by various companies.
2) B-Plan Competition
E-cell, DTU launches its annual B-Plan competition – for aspiring entrepreneurs from all over the country to come up with their business plans. The best teams will get a chance to present their Business plan at the E-summit on 5th & 6thFebruary 2012. Exciting prizes up to INR 1,00,000 are up for grabs.
