Here is Inc42’s latest edition of startup events coming up this week.
But before we dive into what’s in store for this week, let’s catch up on the success stories of the past week events.
Inc42 successfully organised the second edition of its Founders Meetup on July 5, aimed at enabling networking among startup founders. The gathering witnessed founders from diverse industries share their unique growth stories, ideas, challenges, and perspectives on their startup ecosystem.
Fintech startup Sqrrl, toilet hygiene brand Peebuddy, matrimony platform Truematch, mobile parking startup Get My Parking, agritech startup Freshokartz, home services startup Tapp Me, among others, joined the Inc42 meet.
It was a fruitful evening and enabled us to connect to our regular readers, who continue to boost our morale so we keep doing what we do best — bring them news and stories from the startup ecosystem.
While last week was packed with several conferences and summits such as the Rajasthan government’s Code-From-Home Online Hackathon 2018, LetsVenture Angel Summit, 5th IoT And AI Summit 2018, and more, we are here with yet another list of events lined up for you. It’s time to mark your calendars.

Hosted by Inc42 & PayPal, the one-day webinar will be talking to two fiercely independent ladies who are excelling in two different work settings:
Jayanthi Vaidyanathan, Director HR at PayPal India: Under her leadership, PayPal India has been named as one of the best places to work for, over the last nine consecutive years by the Great Places to Work Institute.
Deepa Govind, a homepreneur and Zoho Creator Trainer: A freelancer, Deepa has been associated with Zoho since 2008 and has over 200 implementations of Zoho Creator apps on her credentials — no mean feat.

K-Global Demo Day
Born2Global Centre, a Korean government agency under the Ministry of Science and ICT, is all set to kick off K-Global Demo Day, aimed at strengthening the skill-set and boost the potential of Korean startups looking at making a foray into India.
The event will witness deep-dive discussions and conversations on topics such as ‘Korea Startup & India Startup Ecosystem and Cooperation Model Between Korea & India’.
Eight Korean and four Indian startups will pitch on their innovation to a panel of judges. At the end of the event, one Korean and one Indian startup stand to win $1K each.

Ecom & Etail Summit 2018
The event focused on online shopping space will see sessions on phishing, episode taking care of, business congruity customer engagement, customer and user experience, logistical challenges, and other related discussions.
The platform provides an opportunity for CXOs, CMOs & CEOs, including startups to interact with domain facilitators, b2b networking, along with learning opportunity emerging trends in the ecommerce space.
