Last week, Women Innovation and Entrepreneurship Foundation (WIFE) successfully hosted the second edition of National Leadership Summit on Women and Education and Indian women excellence and Leadership awards.

UK-based audit and consultancy company Deloitte is all set to host the fourth Morning Pitch event in India. The event which traces its origin back to Tokyo is aimed at helping startups form business alliances and partnerships with large corporations, corporate venture capital, and venture capital firms.
With this event, the company seeks to mobilise Indian and international corporations and investors in India to further accelerate the innovation by fostering business alliances.
The company hopes to establish Morning Pitch as the go-to platform for all startups and at the same time propel the Indo-Japan opportunity to new heights.

The state government of Telangana in partnership with central government and non-profit registered society Federation of Asian Biotech Associations [FABA] is all set to host BioAsia 2019 this week.

Finding Misfits
Mumbai-based venture capital fund Orios Venture Partners is all to host its event #Finding Misfits this week with an aim to empower those misfits who dream to change the world. The event will be based on the theme of fintech and insurtech.
The venture company is calling for startups to pitch their ideas and the best three will get an opportunity to receive funding between $100K (INR 71 Lakh) and $1 Mn (INR 7.1 Cr) along with a comprehensive springboard from the company.
The participants will also get an opportunity to interact with successful entrepreneurs, venture capital investors and startup ecosystem builders and attend learning sessions, panel discussions and informal networking events.
