Last week, one of the top performing states of the DPIIT’s State Startup Ranking framework, Kerala hosted Seeding Kerala in Kochi to bring together the HNI network of Kerala and provide them opportunities to invest in some of the best startups from Kerala and other parts of India.
The state also collaborated with Unicorn India Ventures, Exseed Electron Fund, Indian Angel Network and Speciale Incept Fund for an investment of more than INR 1,000 Cr ($139.6 Mn) in the state startups over the next four years.
Another State which took an initiative last week was Bengal which hosted Global Business Summit to showcase the business readiness and investment potential of West Bengal in front of the global business community.
