Inc42 Daily Brief

Stay Ahead With Daily News & Analysis on India’s Tech & Startup Economy

This is Inc42’s latest edition of what startup events are coming up this week.

It is popularly agreed that data management is the future of the tech world. There is an immense movement around the globe in terms of data management but keeping its due importance that data exerts on our daily lives, data companies also need to keep its checks and balances in place.

The recent data leakage by Facebook has put the idea of data privacy in all our minds. From Mark Zuckerberg coming out from his silence in defence of Facebook to the turn of events which eventually led to his apology, data privacy gained primacy last week.

Bringing into highlight the security risks of social media data misuse is Ravi Shankar Prasad, the Union Minister of the Ministry of Communications and  Information Technology has iterated that social media data misuse is a fact and India should be ready to weed out its malpractice before the general elections in 2019.

The government in India is taking various measures to remain focussed on the issue of development. It is working in conjunction with other state governments and stakeholders to promote and propel startups and work towards job creation in the country.

In the upcoming events, Inc42 has curated the information for two such events where the governments of Uttar Pradesh and Andhra Pradesh are hosting entrepreneurs and investors for nurturing startups and for creating jobs.

In regard to this, Inc42 has carved out this information over the coming week’s events where all such skilling and entrepreneurship issues might find some pragmatic solutions.

Inc42 provides the know-how of where to go for these events, who to contact to register, what you can expect from the events and more importantly, which events are relevant for different businesses.

Keeping up with our consistent efforts, to bridge the gap between Indian startup ecosystem and policy makers along with industry stalwarts, here are some of the startup events curated by the Inc42 team that you can look forward to for participation this week!
