Startup India States Conference

The event has been organized by Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion, Government of on the occasion of the launch of ranking exercise for States/UTs on the basis of initiatives taken to promote Startups.

State/UT Startup ranking exercise is first of its kind initiative and envisages to leverage States/UTs as partners to boost the growth of Startup ecosystem in the country.

The half-day conference aims to discuss the objective of the ranking exercise with a detailed walk-through of the ranking framework.  One will also get networking opportunity with various startups and other ecosystem stakeholders

Who Should Attend: Senior Officials From States/UTs, Investors, Mentors, VCs, Entrepreneurs, Mentors

Venue: Pravasi Bhartiya Kendra, New Delhi

She Starts

Organised by Sheroes, the event is focussed on promoting women entrepreneurship and looks for entrepreneurship lessons from already established ones.

As stated by the event host, “Women entrepreneurship comes with its own set of problems, some unique and some shared! So we formed #SheStarts @ RevStart, a series of mentorship events where selected startups have the opportunity of one-on-one sessions with a leading women entrepreneur.”

Sheroes will be starting the first session with Anisha Singh, CEO and Co-founder MyDala, one of the earliest entrants to the coupons business in India, which is now India’s largest local services marketing platform.

She is also an international speaker on entrepreneurship and passionate about women’s rights and issues at the workplace along with being a judge on the startup reality show called Dropout Pvt Ltd. on MTV.

Her focus now is towards building a future where women’s success stories are accepted as the norm and not the exception. She is an active mentor and angel investor.

StartupBuddy Conclave 2018

The Startup Buddy Conclave 2018 (SBC18) is organised with an objective of providing a platform to the growing startup eco-system of Delhi NCR to collaborate and share knowledge with their counterparts.

This is a flagship event of Startup Buddy and organised to provide a common platform to the startup ecosystem to foster innovation and entrepreneurship and support Startup India program being promoted by our Honorable Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

The Conclave aims to open the new avenue of opportunities for the Startups, Investor, and professionals to pursue new ideas oriented business ventures, investments, and partnerships.

The speakers in the event include eminent names such as Prajkt Raut, Rahul Maroli, Rajesh Sawhney, Sarbvir Singh, Shaili Chopra, Sundeep Malhotra amongst others.
