Delhi based online marketplace that connects agents with best deals as per the customers travel needs, Travel Triangle has raised Rs. 10 Cr in a new funding round led by Saif Partners.

Founded back in 2010 by three IIT post-graduates, Travel Triangle has previously raised a funding round in 2012 led by a group of angel investors including Aneesh Reddy and former investor Abhishek Goyal.

The latest round of funding will be used by the startup for team expansion and to build technology platform. “The infusion will enable the company to create intelligence around pricing and user data besides our mobile strategy,” said Sankalp Agrawal, CEO of Holiday Travel Triangle.

For Saif Partners which is already backing travel companies like MakeMytrip and travel search engine ixigo.com, tours and travel packages are the next big market, which has already played out in other markets like China, explained Mukul Singhal.
