PharmEasy cofounders Dharmil Sheth, Dhaval Shah and Hardik Dedhia have launched an architectural and interior design startup All Home.

The Mumbai-based startup has raised an undisclosed capital from Bessemer Venture Partners at a valuation of $120 Mn (INR 1,041 Cr).

It also saw participation from a host of angel investors, including PharmEasy founder and CEO Siddharth Shah, B Capital’s founding general partner Kabir Narang, Motilal Oswal Financial Services’ group chief financial officer Shalibhadra Shah and Motilal Oswal Asset Management’s chief investment officer Niket Shah.

All Home collaborates with brands in the interior design space across different home improvement categories and strengthens them with technology support, internet-led manufacturing and distribution capabilities and market insights, among others.

The startup is eyeing to bring in a transparent purchase process, offering access to innovative products at competitive prices.

The platform is already operational, featuring brands such as Colour Coats, House of W & Fiamarc, with many more in the pipeline, the company confirmed in a statement.

Further, All Home claimed that it has achieved rapid scale and operational profitability even as it operated in stealth mode for the past six months.

In terms of responsibilities, Sheth will be taking care of the operations at the startup, while Shah would be overseeing brand building, finance, legal, compliance and HR roles and Dedhia will be heading the technology function.

“Consumers are increasingly willing to invest in their living and working spaces, yet often lack access to the appropriate channels and products. Our platform aims to address this gap,” the cofounders said in a joint statement.

Of the five PharmEasy cofounders, four of them, including Sheth, Shah, Dedhia and Harsh Parekh stepped down from their executive roles at the startup, in January. However, they continue to be a part of the startup’s board.

The startup has been launched at a time when India’s home decor market is projected to grow at a CAGR of 4.14%, reaching $40.98 Bn by 2028, based on data from Research Markets.

Meanwhile, an Inc42 report highlighted that the online home decor market in the country is estimated to reach $5.4 Bn by this year, at a CAGR of 20.4%.
