With the aim to promote entrepreneurship in India, Ecole Intuit Lab, a French educational institute of graphic design, strategy, digital creation and visual communication has partnered with The Minimalist, a creative solutions group based in Mumbai. The tie-up between these two companies will work to bring entrepreneurship programmes for those with a creative bent of mind in the field of fashion, architecture, lifestyle, hospitality, design, music, art and culture, fine arts, etc.

Ola Foods Appoints Rajeev Bakshi

Bengaluru-based Ola Foods has appointed Rajeev Bakshi as an advisory member to the board. Bakshi brings with him over 40 years of leadership experience across food and FMCG businesses.

Bakshi’s vast experience in marketing and strategy is expected to help Ola Foods to build unique offerings in innovative formats that consumers can relate to. Before joining Ola Foods, Bakshi was the managing director of METRO Cash & Carry India. He has also worked with international brands such as PepsiCo and Cadbury.

Ola Foods, a subsidiary of cab-aggregator Ola, plans to build food brands with a strong focus on quality and hygiene. Currently, the company offers food brands such as Khichdi, Rice Bowls, Biryani, among others in across 6 cities.

BharatPe Onboards Dhruv Bahl

Merchant-focused payments and lending platform BharatPe has appointed Dhruv Bahl as head of operations. In this role, he will be responsible for overall operations across merchant acquisitions, servicing, payments, lending and commerce.

Prior to joining BharatPe, Bahl has worked at Fortis, Bain & Company, Paytm, Airtel Payments Bank and Roadzen. Bahl, who is an alumnus of INSEAD, also holds a Masters in Quantitative Finance from Cass Business School, UK, and a Bachelors in Biomedical Engineering from Boston University, USA.

Founded in 2018 by Ashneer Grover and Shashvat Nakrani, BharatPe provides interoperable QR code for UPI-based payments.

Incuspaze Appoints Mohit Srivastava

New-Delhi based coworking startup Incuspaze has appointed Mohit Srivastava as chief operating officer. With over 19 years of experience in building and scaling businesses, Mohit would work towards Incuspaze’s growth in India.

In his previous capacity, Mohit served as the managing director at Airbnb India. He was also a part of the early founding team at MakeMyTrip.

Founded in 2017, Incuspaze is a chain of premium coworking spaces currently operational across tier 1 and tier 2 cities across India.

Kearney India Appoints Nikhil Bahadur

Management consulting firm Kearney India has appointed Nikhil Bahadur as partner and head of private equity mergers & acquisitions (PEMA).

At his new role, Nikhil will oversee and drive Kearney’s consulting services to private equity and corporate clients in the area of mergers and acquisitions within India. Prior to this, Nikhil was working with PWC Strategy in New York in their M&A practice.

Founded in 1926, Kearney is a global management consulting firm with offices in more than 40 countries.
