With new ‘Community Solution’ On Its Platform, Explara To Compete With Likes Of 123signup & Meetup

Aimed at serving wide range of customers such as associations, alumni network, clubs, nonprofits and various interest based groups, ticketing & registration platform Explara has launched a new product ‘community solution’ that allows customers to host local communities and to manage membership for events and activities. Community Solution was in the beta mode for last few months has been launched after feedback & participation from 40 customers.

The Community Solution, can be used to manage community events, membership joining & renewal automation, free/paid membership, paid membership subscription and renewal payment processing.  Explara is in fast paced mode to accommodate newer feedback and customer suggestions.

For Indian customer, Explara will automate the renewal of  existing members who have opted for paid subscription with renewal plan.

In a fast paced mode to accommodate newer customer suggestions on its platform, Explara, with the launch of this product, will now compete with community solution providers such as 123Signup and Meetup which serve more than 18,000 communities.

Santosh Panda, CEO of Explara.com said, “Compared to existing competitors,  Explara has always  been focused on adding value added features  that solves key pain points  of its customers“ .

Last year in December, Explara had launched an Event Marketplace, a solution for event organizers to offer their services as plug and play apps to their customers and early this year, the company had launched Entriz app for event organizers to make entry point management a paperless affair on the entry desk.

Formerly known as Ayojak, Explara was launched in 2009, the startup had raised funding in  February last year from Harvard Business School (HBS) Alumni Angels, Srijan Capital, Blume Ventures and angel investors including Google India MD Rajan Anandan and Kishore Warrier.
